List

Enter information about your site, either for Lease (Agents, Landlords) or requirements (Retailer) which includes detail about location, size, permitted use, and features. It only takes a few minutes, but the more detail you provide the better the store match to meet your specific requirements. You may also upload photos or store brief to assist our Research Team

STEP 2

Research & Compare

Using the information given we will then match the available sites sourced to sites desired, and where a store is not matched from the data base our Research Team will brief local Landlords/Agents and Retailer Groups to promote your request.

From here, RealRetail contacts both parties to facilitate introductions for potential sites/Retailers to fill your request.

STEP 3

Store Match

The third step is up to you! Once we have introduced the parties to a potential retail shop lease it’s up to them to assess, evaluate, and negotiate. RealRetail will continue to stay in contact with the   parties to establish a store match has been successful or further research is required to meet your needs.
